About me

Hey there, I am Talita Ghiotto — a Brazilian addicted to endorphins and adventurer at heart. I am deeply passionate about movements, I believe it is one of the purest forms of connection — to our bodies, to others and to life itself. I am always seeking experiences that push my boundaries and make me feel alive whether through travel, sports, or simply finding that feeling of being fully present.

My journey connecting with my body started long before I ever stepped into a CrossFit box. For years, I was drawn to yoga — not just as a physical practice, but as a way to connect deeply with myself. In 2019, I travelled to Rishikesh, India, to complete a Yoga Teacher Training, an experience that opened my eyes to the power of the mind, the breath, and intentional movement. Yoga taught me how to be present, how to listen to my body, and how to hold space for myself and others. It’s a practice that still lives in me, especially in the moments I need to slow down.

But while yoga gave me softness and connection, CrossFit brought out a different side of me — the side that craves discipline, challenge, and pushing beyond limits. The first time I tried CrossFit, it was like something clicked. The energy, the community, the feeling of becoming stronger — not just physically, but mentally. I love how CrossFit constantly reminds me that I am capable of more than my mind thinks, that growth happens in the uncomfortable, and that we rise stronger when we show up for ourselves and for others.

At the core of everything I do are my values: discipline, freedom and passion. Discipline to keep showing up to life, freedom to live on my own terms and passion for everything that makes me feel alive and inspired — from a challenging WOD to a quiet yoga flow or discovering a new city.

I believe movement, whether physical or energetic, or both, as one of the purest forms of connection — to our bodies, to others, and to life itself. Whether it is through CrossFit, yoga, or travelling the world.

If you are like me — passionate about CrossFit, traveling and meeting awesome people — welcome!
