Rome… ahhh Rome.
I was really looking forward to visiting CrossFit Trastevere, right in the triangle of Garbatella, Portuense, and Trastevere — some of the most beautiful neighborhoods I’ve ever seen.

And honestly, even after living in Rome for three years, I never get used to the beauty of this city. It still stops me every single time.

The community is very friendly, with that classic Italian mix: smiling, warm, and slightly complain-y — in the best possible way.

💸 Drop-in price: €25
Yes, expensive. The most expensive drop-in I’ve ever paid.
But… tourist city, tourist prices. Rome is Rome.

🏛️ The Box

CrossFit Trastevere is located inside historic buildings, surrounded by small streets and local businesses, slightly hidden from the busy main streets of Trastevere.

It’s just minutes from Viale di Trastevere and very easy to reach by tram or bus, which makes it realistic for daily training — not just for drop-ins.

The box is set at the back of a courtyard, with a U-shaped structure and a slightly low ceiling. Luckily, we stepped outside to breathe some fresh air because it was VERY hot 🔥

It’s small, but functional and well equipped.
They offer: Group classes, Open box and Hyrox classes.
